We also operate 3 supported and assisted living schemes in Surrey which serve a mix of clients including the elderly and young adults with physical disabilities. The housing schemes, which consist of self-contained flats and rooms, are owned by various housing associations and Gilead care Services is the on-site care provider offering 24-hour care and support to clients.
The scheme is similar to the care you would receive in a care home, but has the benefit of having on-hand care and support in the comfort of your own home. The complexes feature communal areas allowing residents to form social links with fellow residents should they wish to. They allow you to maintain your independence safe in the knowledge that care and support is on hand 24 hours a day 365 days of the year.
