Our staff have been professionally trained to understand and know how to deal with a wide range of rehabilitation care needs including:
Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care: Our Dementia & Alzheimer’s care services offer a tailored support package to those affected by these conditions. Our assessments, training of staff and our relationship with the Stirling University provides essential and up to date knowledge and understanding to provide support to sufferers of all stages of Dementia.
Post-Hospital care: Some clients will be discharged from hospitals needing some support that they previously may not have required. Rehabilitation care provides all levels of support until such a time the client is fully independent again.
End of Life Care: Palliative (end of life) care in the home, is a service that is in increasing demand due to the ability of the care to be specifically tailored to each client’s needs in the comfort of their own homes, with their loved ones.
Live-in Care: We provide individuals with 24-hour support to meet their needs and wishes to remain living in their own homes.
